Writing Discussion List

Writing-net is open to anyone who teaches writing at any level at UC Berkeley. The purpose of this list is to allow instructors to share information and ask questions related to teaching writing.
List etiquette:

1. Please use the list only to ask/answer questions or discuss approaches to teaching writing.

2. Always consider your tone and the audience when responding to a post--consider sending a personal email if your post is not relevant to the whole group.

3. Address all posts to the list in general. If you feel you must begin a post with "Dear Jill," etc., do not send it to the list, but to the individual.
